This foundational NVC workshop supports all levels of NVC experience; from first introduction to deepening years of inner practice. Filipa’s facilitation of her exercises, practices, and group holding, will give you new and enhanced self-awareness and interpersonal skills. Through the 2-days you will gain new ability for connection and clarity, essential for living your authenticity more fully. Discover new ways to communicate that brings about more empowered relationship with yourself and more fulfilling relationships with others.
CNVC Certified NVC teacher & advanced NVC Living Compassion practitioner: Filipa brings 18 years of ongoing training, development and experience to her workshops and teaches foundational through advanced NVC courses. Filipa is co-producer of the book “The Spirituality of Nonviolent Communication: A course in Living Compassion” .
