This course will offer PRACTICAL and doable exercises that will help transform patterns in communication, learn empathy skills and bring more connection in relationships. Discover how needs live in the body as qualities of life and move beneath ideas of right or wrong into a place where needs exist in fullness, rather than in lack. You will explore how all sensations and feelings serve as a vital guide, leading to what really matters. Each session will be interactive, have a focused topic and include group work and individual reflection time. 12 places only.
