💥STARTS WEDNESDAY 1st JUNE 2022 18:00- 20:00 (NZST)

During this 6 week online course you will spend two hours per week with a small group (12 maximum) learning the model of NVC, how to connect empathically, and how to transform your communication. The course will offer you the tools needed to deal with conflict more effectively and how to transform reactivity. You will explore how all sensations and feelings serve as a guide, pointing to vital needs. Each session will be interactive, have a focused topic and include group work and individual reflection time. The course includes a downloadable booklet.

LEARN HOW:
– To identify what you feel and need.
– How to listen and empathise.
– How to transform reactivity.
– To connect with others in a more authentic way.
– To communicate more clearly, online and in person.

FACILITATOR:
Anna Groves (CNVC certified, Bach.PSA, Dip. Teach) is a CNVC facilitator and Somatic practitioner based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Anna is known for her down to earth, inclusive approach, her sense of humor, and her raw honesty. Specialising In trauma, addiction, and teen issues, she is one of New Zealand’s top CNVC Certified Trainers and runs workshops, online courses and retreats. Anna has a deep passion for living the NVC principles. She is also a trained teacher, choreographer/dancer, musician, and mother of three adult children. She lives on the Kāpiti Coast with her husband, Rob.
