Mediation Skills for Therapists – Dunedin

If you are feeling a little stuck with how to mediate with couples, families and or groups with differing perspectives. This 3 day training will provide you with the essential skills and road map to support confidence and understanding in mediating parties with differing perspectives and or conflicting srategies.

Toni has been working as a AMINZ registered mediator supporting couples, families and other groups to find a middle path and reach mutually satisfying agreements and outcomes. Her foundational approach is based on a Nonviolent Communication philosophy and is supported by her counselling skills, knowledge and experience.

Toni trained in NVC and mediation in California through Bay Area NVC, and has a degree in Counselling. She has been in private practice as a counsellor, a family dispute resolution provider, and mediator  for 8 years in NZ.

This training is in person and will be highly experiential and practial.
