Harmony in Love – NVC for Couples – Online

Such a tragedy when we meet someone, fall in love then life happens. Slowly our habitual ways of relating often developed or learned from our family of origin, weave their way into our precious sanction of love. Trust erodes, confidence and hope begin to diminish and slowly the light that burns so brightly becomes faint and we feel sadness and despair.

You have just begun or have an incredible relationship and you want to honour by developing communication skills that will mirror your values and care for each other.

Or

Your lives are evolving, changing and these changes are adding strain on your precious union. It’s time to really strengthen and develop your love language that can support the foundations of your love while you dance the ebbs and ever-changing flow of life.

For any of the above situations and more, this training will share the nonviolent communication principles and philosophy to support and honour the loving and caring feelings towards yourself and your partner. Provide ways to connect deeply, collaborate, clarify misinterpretations, and acknowledge differences while maintaining a shared and beautiful life together. It will provide a framework from which you can develop and work to suit your lives, culture and world views.

This is a 6 week, 2.5hr weekly course in which full participation in each session is essential. Tuesday night’s 6pm to 8.30pm
