Susie is the lead trainer at Wise Communication, New Zealand’s leading holistic communication development organisation. Wise is a refreshingly real approach to helping people work together, in an environment of trust and connectedness.

I look forward to sharing with you an approach that has been crafted over a lifetime of practice, including 20 years working with somatic movement, (how the body informs the mind) to change embedded patterns that limit effectiveness.
This has culminated in the last decade in becoming a certified trainer with the CNVC, a master facilitator of The Virtues Project, and many years of training across a variety of platforms too numerous to name. However this includes NVC, Facilitation, Yoga , Virtues, Permaculture and living in sustainable and not so sustainable communities.
In a nutshell this is next level resilience and embodiment for effectiveness to traverse stress and communication challenges and the way they impact our systems. My passion is settling nervous systems from the ground up, generating the next level of conscious connection.

If you are mentoring with me, then you have access to my compassionate movement classes for free. Compassionate movement is an important part of the package, as it enables the mind body system to be attuned and better able to function.
Although I have a deep respect for mindfulness, my skills move beyond these realms. I have the capacity to hold people in their pain, with deep care and wisdom. I love working with NVC and look forward to supporting your integration of the principles and spiritual practices in your daily life, at a pace that serves you.

I have developed compassionate movement, over the last 20years. This is my offering, my fusion that enables a deepening of connection creating more self-awareness and self-empathy.
As an NVC cert trainer, I have noticed that connecting to self and the body is often the trickiest part for people. When we pause and notice, choosing different ways of moving, this is what creates new neural pathways.
For this reason, having access to somatic movement is crucial to health and wellbeing and rewiring your nervous system, so you can grow your capacity to navigate life and create the kind of shifts that matter for you.
