I care about what comes out of our minds and our mouth and the impact it has.
I care about the everyday stuff between us and how to make it work.
I care deeply about small shifts in our communication that can bring long-lasting changes to our collective wellbeing.
My NVC journey started with the beginning of my motherhood journey in 2010, and has been my practice since, at home and outside of it. I am grateful to all the trainers who inspire and support me. My children remain my greatest teachers.
I hold a PhD in sociolinguistics, and have worked in academia doing research on conflict and peacemaking in education settings, taught in ECE programmes and co-created a programme for Provisional Admission students. I have supported ECE teachers in bringing NVC into their centre. I am also a member of Neufeld Institute Poland, and my work with parents and families is additionally informed by the relational-developmental approach of Dr Gordon Neufeld.
Outside academia, I work with organisations and communities in Europe and NZ as a mediator, facilitator and process designer, and support people in finding ways of communicating that allow connection and collaboration.
I offer open workshops, tailored trainings for communities and organisations, support for individuals (using NVC and needs-based coaching) and parent consults.
