Food Choices

Eat by Choice, Not by Habit – 2-hour online session

October 7, 2020 By Irma Jager

This session brings together Irma’s two passions, Nonviolent (or Compassionate) Communication & Health Coaching.

Nourishment is a universal need, but eating can be used as a poor attempt to fulfil other emotional needs. This can bring us in a cycle of over-consumption or dieting.

Let’s explore if we can break these cycles and replace them with a healthier connection with food.

Optional recipe sharing for a low-carb/high-fat way of eating.

To register for this workshop and receive the Zoom link, contact Irma through Facebook.

Or email irma@jager.co.nz

Cost: $20
