  • « ONLINE – Yoram Mosenzon – Connecting With Children – April 7, 14, 21 & 28 – 10am to 12 noon
  • NVC for Therapists – Online »
We are passing through incredibly challenging times. As a friend of mine said to me the other day: “During these uncertain times, the only thing that is certain is the connections we have. The only thing that is left to rely on is the human beings around us”.

          InYoram Mosenzontimate Relationships

With CNVC certified trainer and Mediator Yoram Mosenzon

On-line – 7 pm to 9 pm – Thursdays 9, 16, 23 & 30 April, 2020

Communication with our close ones (and with ourselves) will most likely be a central key in how to navigate through these new life landscapes we are facing.
Many of us are facing some radically new challenges:
– Living closely in a small apartment with our children, partner or family
– Anxiety, fear, depression and uncertainty
– Pressure: Losing our job, business or our daily activities and daily routine.
– New tastes of loneliness
– etc. etc. etc.During this course we will focus on subjects such as:❀ How to transform irritation into connection

❀ How to take Anger as opportunity for deeper love
❀ How to live closely with each other without stepping on each other toes
❀ How to help in a way that helps (rather than stimulates resistance)
❀ How to reach out to each other, and build an emotional base network support.
And we will touch upon some of the ‘communication challenges’:

→  Expectation/disappointment: What to do with all those expectations (spoken and even worse – the unspoken ones)? What to do with endless disappointments?

→  Hurt: How to communicate our pains (when they come… And they do come..) in a way that brings more closeness rather than distance to our connection? How to make sure we do not accumulate more and more hurt, until there is no way back…? How to enjoy the hurt of the other? And how to enjoy being with one another without overwhelming ourselves with endless processing of pain…?

→  Judgment/Blame:  instead of using all our energies to show the other how they need to change (judging & blaming)- how to take the power back to where I have influence?

→  Anger:  how to enjoy being angry? And how to enjoy the anger of the other? How to support each other to ‘live our emotions fully’?

→ Guilt: Seeing the surprising ways guilt kills love, and how to liberate ourselves from destructive dynamics that kills love? How to transform guilt, shame and obligations into a flow of a creativity?

→  Demands: How to deal with ‘demand energy’ (of ourselves and of the people we love)?

And we will focus on learning:

❀ How to become a team instead of enemies? What are the keys to intrinsic cooperation?

❀ Love key: How to be fully me, while being with you? (if I am not ‘me’, there is no one here to love you).

❀ What is the path of inclusion? And why to choose it?

❀ Loving conflicts ≠ Avoiding conflicts

About NVC:

‘Nonviolent Communication (NVC)’ (developed by Marshall Rosenberg PhD) is a practical communication tool that radically transforms your relationship with yourself and others. NVC cultivates assertive honesty mixed with a deep quality of Empathy.

NVC transforms conflicts into love and clarity.

About Yoram Mosenzon: http://www.connecting2life.net/

Yoram is now teaching NVC internationally to the general public, teachers in schools, universities, parents, businesses and teams. He is teaching in The Netherlands, France, Israel/Palestine, Belgium, Poland, the USA, and more.

Yoram is one of 4 founders of the NVC (Giraffe) school in Amsterdam for children aged 0-21.

In an interactive and safe learning environment, we will be invited to work on examples from our own life. We will practice “Nonviolent Communication” through demonstrations, role-playing and exercises in order to integrate the NVC values and language more in our own daily lives.

Fee: Choice between $120 – $240 (choice is depending on your income and free will)

Organizers: Jorinde Rapsey <jorinderapsey@gmail.com> Valerie Wycoff <valerie@valeriewycoff.com> & Jim Lovell-Smith <jim@bodyvoicealive.nz>

We, Jorinde, Jim and Valerie, have asked Yoram to teach this course online after attending courses with him in Wellington & Motueka. We are enthusiastic about the effectiveness and value of his teaching. We have confidence that his contribution will be of value to you.
