THE GIST?
A powerful new workshop that supports people to interrupt the harsh inner critic, find new ways to navigate guilt and shame and break the blame cycle. Learn how to transform limiting patterns through fun, safe practices you can use in your daily life.
WHO IS THIS FOR
- ANYONE who experiences guilt and/or shame.
- ANYONE who struggles with blame.
- ANYONE who wants to have more self-compassion.
- ANYONE who wants to develop stronger boundaries in relationship with others.
WHAT WILL I LEARN
- Practical tools that will support freedom from guilt.
- More awareness or your own trauma response and protective strategies.
- Practices to develop inner kindness and how to shift shame.
- Communication skills to set boundaries, with care!
FACILITATORS
Both Jocelyn and Irma have practised Nonviolent Communication for two decades. Jocelyn loves to accompany anyone who longs to be free of limiting ideas of who and how they are. Irma’s passion is to support honest expression, with care for the other.

Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 August at Riverside Community, Motueka.
10am-4pm both days.
Workshop Fee is $250, $400 for couples*.
Includes hand-outs and morning tea.
