Needs-Based Coaching – first time for the Southern Hemisphere!
NBC is a 6-month online education program rooted in NVC, that will take your coaching skills to the next level. These times call for heart-connection, direction, and courage – you can bring all of that into your life and work. This coach education will grow your skills to empower your clients and be the midwife of initiatives that bring meaningful opportunities to our human weave.
This program is for you if you are:
❀ a coach, counsellor, therapist wanting more skills and relational tools to use in your sessions;
❀ Nonviolent Communication trainer or practitioner wanting more support for your one-to-one work;
❀ health care worker, teacher, support worker who is looking for a more diverse people-focused set of tools;
❀ working with people in any capacity, and love supporting them to uncover their full potential, overcome challenges and be able to connect with their hearts.

During this training, you will learn and practice how to support people with full respect for their agenda. You will recognize how to invite your client into a trustful and transformative relationship.

a dedicated forum for peer connection, exchange and learning

Lead trainer:
Pernille Plantener: Certified trainer in Nonviolent Communication, coach at PCC level, seasoned coach educator, Resonant Healing Practitioner, eco-therapist, and workshop organizer. She founded BusinessByHeart in 2013 and has been self-employed since then.
Originally trained in organic farming and agricultural engineering, she has been part of the organic agriculture movement since the 1980’ies. She was born and lives in Denmark, now in a women’s community with livestock, permaculture demonstration, and workshop activities. Part of her personal story is of leaving the prisons of an eating disorder and an abusive marriage. Today, she loves deepening her relationships with her wife, adult children, and grandchildren.
