Nonviolent Communication gives us an incredibly tangible road map and sense-making framework from which to understand our relationship with self and others. Connection with ecological soul cultivates heart, place, presence and self responsibility.
This 6 week online program is a unique and transformative online program to support a window of hope and possibility in face of those repetitive, predictable, heartbreaking disconnections. An honest, compassionate and revealing journey into what you bring to your intimate relationships, what beliefs of yours inform your perspective of your lovers behaviour and your own, and what wisdom your ecological soul has to support loving transformations from painful patterns.
The program content draw from, Nonviolent communication, mindfulness, the ecological self, Internal family systems and Toni’s years of supporting couples in her counselling practice and her own experience embodying NVC in her intimate relationships.
