We (Valerie and Jim) are offering our Communicate 4 Connection workshop introducing the basic principles and practices of NVC as 2 stand alone days.

Day 1 – Saturday 13 March 2021 – Foundation theory and skills of nonviolent communication

Day 2 – Saturday 20 March 2021 – Skills practice including self empathy and giving/receiving gratitude
