This is an online practice group for all those who have some understanding of NVC concepts and tools and wish to practice holding conversations while NVC-ing

We will practice:

• holding tricky conversations
• listening to difficult messages
• expressing ourselves with clarity, honesty and care
• staying connected when emotions run high

Expect to:

• play with your own examples
• do role plays with others
• spend time in the company of others who care about similar things
