NVC, Compassion and the Great Reckoning

Come and explore how we can create Cultures of Compassion from Cultures of Bullying in these times of the Great Reckoning

Bullying and numbness are some of the ways we navigate life with the pain of being human. Intergenerational trauma and systemic bias are widespread in our world.

We will spend a day trading growth for depth, exploring these times and how to digest our despair and turn it into care. Together generating connection and open communication using the foundation skills of Non-violent Communication, embodiment, and a lifetime of learning how to digest our collective discomfort.

Understanding the conditions and systemic bias that perpetuate bullying and other unsavory forms of being human. Raising awareness and creating choice to digest discomfort differently

Generating self-responsibility, interdependence and mourning in action, using empathy or scary honesty to defuse bullying/violence toward self and other.

Come play and explore these patterns with tenderness and grace, they may become transformative tools that can be used to gently shift perceptions. Want to know more, please call me 021770107
